Seascape: Sea Mist #2

This week this new painting will be going to a new gallery that I am working with in Monmouthshire.

Solo Exhibition at the Ingleby Gallery May/June 2009

A while back I contacted the Ingleby Gallery with a "cold call" email, the owner Gill Watson rang me back within a couple of days expressing an interest in my paintings. Last Friday I took along a few samples with the idea of leaving them with her to "test customer reaction". However on seeing the paintings she offered me a solo show next year! This is a great opportunity, the gallery is gorgeous and Gill carefully selects the artists that she shows. The gallery is a short distance from the longest stone bridge in the uk Swarkstone Bridge (its a grade 1 listed bridge!)

I'm really looking forward to this one.
